FBC2013 Conference Update

Canadian January 2013 Food Events
Just because it's January, don't think it's dullsville - there are loads of food events happening all across the country. Lots of cities plan special events just to get folks out when budgets might just be a wee bit tighter. So be sure to check out our event listings and big thanks to our Event's Crew of both Michelles, Debra, Janice, Tiffany and Kathy for pulling the listings together.
And remember, if you know of a food event in your community, or if you're teaching a food related class, please be sure to let us know and we'll get you added in!
Simple Bites on CBC
Our regional admin from Quebec, Aimee Wimbush-Bourque from Simple Bites, was on CBC Radio this weekend talking about food planning and cooking from scratch. You can listen to the broadcast on CBC's website here. Great interview Aimee - I'm going to have to try out your butternut squash mac and cheese!
What Would You Like to See More of on FBC in 2013?
We're hard at work planning our conference and coming up with new ideas for posts and resources for all of you in 2013 but we would really love to get feedback from all of you. Tell us in the comments where you need some help in 2013. Get specific - those make the best posts. Is it photography? Social Media? Google? Tech? Marketing? Writing? Freelancing? Finances? Something else entirely? We really want some feedback so please speak up!
