It's been a little quieter than usual around these parts the last week and a half but with good reason! Here's all the news that's fit to print this week!
FBC2014 is a Wrap
That's right... FBC2014 is in the books and we are done for another year. We cannot thank our sponsors, speakers, volunteers and most of all, our attendees for making it a great success (we sold out again this year). The Four Seasons Vancouver made for a wonderful venue and it was great to be in our home city of Vancouver.
We will be sharing more with you all over the course of the week, including some of the exciting announcements we made at the conference but in the meantime, mark your calendars... we're heading east for 2015.

That's right! We're excited to host FBC2015 in Montreal at Le Westin. Montreal is an amazing culinary city with it's own unique flair that we can't wait to showcase! So block off those dates and stay tuned for more info!
#KitchenAid4Cure Instagram Challenge
We are once again pleased to be partnering with KitchenAid Canada and the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation to help them promote their Cook for the Cure fundraiser and frankly, it could not be any easier for food bloggers to get involved and help raise money.
This year, KitchenAid Canada is donating $1 for every instagram photo of food that is tagged with #KitchenAid4Cure. (up to a maximum of $150,000).
That's right. All you have to do is take a picture of your food, post it to instagram and tag it #KitchenAid4Cure. We know you're already posting food photos every day so why not make them count?
At time of publishing the news they were only at 1,180 posts with the hashtag so there is a ton of work to do to get to 150,000 and we only have until October 31st. So get snapping your lunch, your coffee, your snacks, your breakfasts, your groceries, your dinners and hashtag them!
