Chefs For Oceans Crosses Canada
While there's absolutely no doubt we're thrilled to be working with Executive Chef Ned Bell of the Four Seasons Hotel Vancouver and Yew Seafood + Bar for FBC2014, we're equally excited to tell you all about Chef Bell's upcoming Chefs for Oceans cycling trip across Canada to support sustainable seafood.
On July 1st, Chef Bell will leave St. John's, Newfoundland on his bike for a 10 week cycling trip that will see him hit cities across Canada raising awareness of, and building support for, sustainable seafood from coast to coast. If you would like to support Chef Bell's ride, you'll want to keep an eye on his schedule to see when he hits your town and head out to cheer him on or check out one of the events he'll be attending. Or you can donate to the campaign. Or you can do all three!
