Juicing is definitely an easy way to get more fruits and veggies into your diet and a trend that seems to have arrived to stay.

Making juices is a great way to pack in extra veggies, fruits and all the vitamins and nutrients they bring to a healthy diet but, be careful if you're using juices as a meal substitute to lose weight. According to WebMD, drinking these beverages with the idea of slimming down can backfire because you may not get enough fibre or protein to make you feel full.
