Tempo’s free-spirited cocktails include the “Sleepless in Melbourne” – a non-alcoholic rendition of the popular espresso martini that utilizes aquafaba for viscosity and apple cider vinegar for an extra bite. “For the Plot” is a cozy cocktail similar to an Old Fashioned, featuring extra Bluestone Lane cold brew for enhanced flavor and an orange non-alcoholic spirit to replace the need for bitters.

- 2 oz./60 ml Bluestone Lane cold brew coffee
- 1 oz./30 ml Lyre’s Highland Malt
- 2-3 drops Lyre’s Italian Orange (dropper bottle)
- 0.5 oz./15 ml Butterscotch/ Pumpkin syrup blend
- 1 Werther’s butterscotch candy
Instructions
- In a mixing glass over a large ice cube, add cold brew, Lyre’s and syrup
- Stir to combine, then strain over ice
- Garnish with a Werther’s butterscotch candy and mini clothespin
Sleepless in Melbourne (Free Spirited)
A free-spirited take on the popular Espresso Martini that uses aquafaba and apple cider vinegar for texture and added bite.
- 2.5 oz./75 ml Bluestone Lane Maverick Espresso (ambient or chilled)
- 1 oz./30 ml Butterscotch/Pumpkin syrup blend
- 0.75 oz./22.5 ml Aquafaba (juice from canned chickpeas)
- 5 dashes Apple cider vinegar
- Edible gold dust
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into mixing tin with ice.
- Shake well, then strain into glass.
- Garnish with edible gold dust.
Butterscotch-Pumpkin Syrup Recipe
- 1 bottle Butterscotch Monin Syrup
- 1 bottle Pumpkin Spice Monin Syrup
Instructions
- Mix 1 bottle of Butterscotch Monin Syrup with 1 bottle of Pumpkin Spice Monin Syrup. The shelf life is 7 days.
