Every week we pull together some great Canadian recipes from Canadian food bloggers around the web featuring one main ingredient or dish. This week as we're officially into fall we're featuring a comfort food classic: baked pasta dishes.
When we think of true comfort food here at FBC our minds go straight to noodles - any kind of noodles. And baked pasta dishes are right at the top of the list. The cheesier and saucier the better.
So just in time for fall we've collected 25 baked pasta recipes from food bloggers across Canada. Some are cheesy and meaty, some are vegetarian, and some are vegan. They are all delicious.
Some are true traditional Italian dishes from some of our favourite Italian Canadian bloggers. Others put a twist on their recipes fusing in other cuisines. But all of them will make you forget that we're in the midst of a pandemic, that it will soon be dark by 5pm and that a cold Canadian winter is on its way!
Enjoy
