Cauliflower is a flavour saver. And by that we mean that it soaks up flavours like nobody's business and saves them all until you take a bite - and then they pop and explode all over your tastebuds!
Cauliflower is one of the easiest vegetables to cook, it goes with so many flavours and it can make your table look like a superstar with very little effort. And it's good for you. But you won't even notice because if you cook up one of these recipes, all you'll be thinking about it how freaking fantastic it tastes.
Cauliflower is, in short, one of our favourite vegetables of all time.
The easiest thing in the world is to toss pieces of cauliflower in a bowl with lemon juice, garlic, olive oil and some kosher salt and then dump it all out into a baking tray and stick it in a hot oven until it's all brown and crispy and delicious (check out our Miso Roasted Veggie Bowl For full instructions on roasting cauliflower).
But there are so many ways to cook cauliflower that pack a flavour punch. Any of these 30 cauliflower dishes is sure to be a hit in your kitchen and many of them are ready in under 30 minutes. You will never think cauliflower is boring every again!
