This newsletter is brought to you by Cono Sur

Now in its fourth year, Cono Sur Vineyards & Winery is expanding their Blogger Competition to Canada, in search of a savory main dish to pair with one of their Organic or Bicicleta wines.

They are calling all food, wine and lifestyle bloggers to participate for a chance to compete in Paris, France against Finalists from Ireland, Japan, Sweden and the United States. The Grand Prize? A trip for two to Chile to visit Cono Sur Vineyards & Winery and discover its beautiful home country!

FBCad1Sounds amazing, right?!

It's very easy to enter and participate! Pick your favourite Cono Sur Organic or Bicicleta wine and come up with a main dish that makes it shine, creating a perfect harmony of textures and flavours.  All recipes must be received before 11:59pm on August 4th, 2015.

Starting August 11th, encourage everyone you know to vote for your recipe. On September 15, 2015 Cono Sur will select the top three recipes with the most votes to go on as Semi-Finalists, where Chilean Master Chef Christopher Carpentier will prepare all three pairings and select Canada´s Finalist, who will go on (with a guest!) to compete in Paris, France at the Grand Finale.

Master Chef Christopher Carpentier and Cono Sur Executive Director Adolfo Hurtado will join Finalists in Paris to judge the dishes and select the ultimate food and wine pairing.
