Instagram is packed with food photos and outstanding food accounts to drool over. Β And we've seen a lot of lists pop up on the internet telling us which are the top Canadian foodies to follow on Instagram. Β They're filled with well deserving folks whose feeds will indeed make your mouth water. Β What we always notice is, the same names pop up on all of them - and with good reason!

But what we also know, from browsing the FBC #fbcigers hashtag on Instagram every day, is that there are a lot of absolutely stunning accounts that get missed all too often. Β Today we decided to share some Canadian food accounts on Instagram that are hidden gems. Β The only criteria was that at the time of publishing, they had to have less than 1000 followers and they had to have a strong food focus. Β We only had room for 15 but, we could easily have done this list three times over.

Check out these talented individuals - all FBC Members from across Canada - and the beautiful styling and photography they do!

1. Lisa Bolton (@LisaDawnBolton)

We may be a little biased but, we think regular FBC columnist, Lisa Bolton's Instagram feed (@lisadawnbolton) is one of the most beautiful out there. Β Based out of Surrey, BC, she showcases family focused food from scratch that's fast to cook up, but still looks stunning.

Thanks so much for the feature, FBC! (Of course my one non-food photo in weeks was the other day so it appears here, haha.) Also thanks for the other recommendations, can’t wait to follow everyone here!
