For the 3rd year in a row with Egg Farmers of Canada, we've brought together some of Canada's most talented food bloggers to create a wide array of recipes using Canadian eggs with a particular theme. In 2014, the recipes were all about how to be "Eggquisite" with eggs. And in 2015, the Scrambled Plan theme reminded us all to just roll with the busyness of the holidays with sweet and savoury egg dishes.
This year's theme of Simple Cheer placed importance on spending more time with family and friends so the recipes involve a lot of make-ahead meals, easy to make dishes and of course, fresh Canadian eggs!
