Every week we pull together some great Canadian recipes from Canadian food bloggers around the web featuring one main ingredient or dish. This week we're featuring Easter recipes for small gatherings!

10 Recipes For Small Easter Gatherings | Food Bloggers of Canada

What a strange year 2020 is turning out to be! And it doesn't look like it's going to let up anytime soon.

For a lot of us, that means that Easter celebrations this year are going to be a very different affair.  As we practice social distancing and sheltering in place, our Easter lunches and dinners are going to be much smaller, more intimate gatherings. Those recipes that feed 8-10 (with a lot of leftovers) are going to be a bit much for most of us.

We also know grocery shopping is a stressful and limited experience right now and we know that finding certain ingredients can be nearly impossible or a stroke of luck, depending on where you live.

So we've put together a collection of Easter recipes designed to feed anywhere from 2-4 people. There's Easter breakfast ideas that kids will love, some delicious small indulgences for Easter lunch or Easter dinner as well as some side dishes that will work brilliantly year round.

And of course, there's some sweet Easter desserts!

Hopefully when you venture out to do your next grocery shop you can find one or two ingredients to add something a little extra special to your Easter meal and try one of these small Easter dishes.

Stay safe, stay healthy and stay home this Easter!
